Honoring your guarantee

Dear Mr. Pena,
On May 8, 1998 your company installed replacement windows for me. Recently I had to replace four windows because the seal was leaking.   I was really pleased at how well I was treated especially, by the two young women named Lisa in your office. My son was taught how to replace the windows, and it cost me nothing.

I wanted to thank you for honoring your guarantee after 12 years.
