Rob Marotta was the Salesman with whom we dealt with primarily and his knowledge of the many door, glass and hardware options that are available from Therma-Tru was quite extensive. He patiently provided quotes on numerous door and glass styles that we considered. Rob Fish was also very helpful in guiding us to our final decision, staying well beyond the usual Saturday closing time.
Chris the Installer of our door, is an excellent craftsman, with fine attention to detail. It was obvious that he ahd extensive experience installing Therma-Tru doors and he knew the best solution to any potential installation problem.
